This is a weber recipe from my hands down favorite barbecue cookbook, Weber's Big Book Of Grilling. I made it as part of a 4 course meal made completely on my grill more than a few summers ago and now it's a mainstay summer time desert. It's really simple and pretty much just requires a simple sauce, and grilling pineapple slices to be served with a scoop of ice cream. Here is a link to the recipe on Weber's site:

If you know anyone who is thinking about getting into grilling and barbecueing but is a lacking in the knowledge and skills department then this is the book for them.
