Hi gang just wanted to drop in and say hello, :) I'm into smoking food, and BBQing, I have a Bradley smoker.Two webbers one gas and one kettle also have a Oklahoma Joe offset. I'm pretty well satisfied now till I see a new pit somewhere but my wife says that I have enough :( Maybe I can share some recipes ....The Cajun
