Dry Rub Recipe
Here is my Dry Rub recipe.
I make up a very large batch and keep it in the freezer in Ziplock Freezer Bags and take out one shaker at a time that I keep in the refrigerator (I use an old glass parmesian cheese type shaker) The recipe is in "parts" so you can make up as much as you want at one time. . . . .(the exception is the Old Bay Seasoning and my recipe calls for 1 box - which is about 3/4 of a cup) Dry Rub Ingredients: 4 parts white sugar 4 parts brown sugar 6 parts garlic powder 2 parts onion powder 2 parts cajun seasoning 1 part lemon pepper 1 part cumin 1 part chili powder 1 part paprika 1 part black pepper (fine ground) 1 part dry mustard 1 box Old Bay Seasoning |

Re: Dry Rub Recipe
Mmm, sounds good. I'll have to give it a try next time.

Re: Dry Rub Recipe
Should we assume that one part is equal to a box of Old Bay seasoning?
