Learning more about BBQ

Hey all just came over from the Marshall Forum.

I've always been an avid Griller and am learning more about BBQ.

My wife bought me an early Fathers Day gift (Smoke Hollow 4 in 1) so I could cook Ribs for Mothers day. That was my first time smoking ribs and it was a big success. Leading up to that cook I learned that there are some recommended mods for the grill. Looking forward to trying those.

Anyhow my BBQ style is more what I call "Carolina style" with a Cambodian flare. Weird, kind of, but trust me....awesome. A neighbor and good friend is Cambodian and he has taught me some interesting marinades.

Looking forward to pursuing techniques, gear, and recipes.
