Easy Rib Marinade and Rub

For a quick & easy rib rub system, I like to rub down my ribs with a "thin" coat of "Beaver" brand Sweet/Hot mustard. Then I follow with a generous helping of rub, which consists of "Old Bay" seasoning that I add brown sugar and garlic powder to. Rub it in good and wrap in plastic wrap and store in fridge overnight.
Put in your smoker and take over.

Is awesome for a big brisket too. Gives a great bark!

The product is made in Oregon, but I have no idea how far across the country they distribute. I can find it in any grocery store around here. Here is a link to what you would be looking for:

Thanks! I used to have my car club friends for a BBQ every summer. I served up about 60 adults and 15 kids. I also had three 15 pound briskets join the menu with those ribs.
Now I have BBQ's that are special invite only. The crowd has got too big!
