Since I just joined this forum I would like to get to know the folks that have The Big Easy by Char-Broil or would like to know more about it.
I do not work for Char-Broil, I just really believe in how good it is and would like to chat with others that own one. Yes, I do belong to their forum and I am a guest chef for TBE (the big easy). I'm just a guy that loves to cook and always looking to learn more. TMB |

I haven't used one. I use a brinkman bullet type smoker and also smoke with my Weber kettle grill. I am always up for learning about other setups.

The good thing about the Big Easy is you can smoke a turkey till it reaches 130 IT then drop it into the big Easy to finish. Turns out like a fried smoked turkey, it really is something to try. It also does great beef roast and you would not beleive the ribs that com out of it. I post some pictures as I get set up here.
Is this a new forum? |
