Checkin' in from Seattle

Just stopping in to say "hi!" I'm hoping to learn as well as share some BBQ pointers.
I frequent a car forum that has over 32,000 members, so this small intimate BBQ forum is a refreshing change!

BTW.....Can only mods display an avatar?

Hey, welcome to the forum. We are still kinda new and small. I'll check into the avatar issue tomorrow- you should be able to set it.

Welcome to the forum, yes it's small now but will get going in the spring when more folks are looking to grill. I belong to a few other forums that have a bunch of people and have seen them grow quickly in the spring.

I hope I can learn and teach here as well.

I'm know as a master of the Char Broil Big Easy on other forums but a newbie to smokers, so I think this is great fit for me.
