Easy Rib Marinade and Rub
For a quick & easy rib rub system, I like to rub down my ribs with a "thin" coat of "Beaver" brand Sweet/Hot mustard. Then I follow with a generous helping of rub, which consists of "Old Bay" seasoning that I add brown sugar and garlic powder to. Rub it in good and wrap in plastic wrap and store in fridge overnight.
Put in your smoker and take over. Is awesome for a big brisket too. Gives a great bark! |

That looks awesome. Looks like you are feeding a bunch of people with that load of ribs.

Thanks! I used to have my car club friends for a BBQ every summer. I served up about 60 adults and 15 kids. I also had three 15 pound briskets join the menu with those ribs.
Now I have BBQ's that are special invite only. The crowd has got too big! |
