Price Of Propane

I'm just curious what other folks are paying for propane. I just moved to Oregon and found it to be very expensive up here, about twice what it was in San Diego

most walmarts have propane exchange now. It normally costs about 17 dollars to exchange your empty tank for a full one. If you dont have a tank you can buy one outright for about 43 dollars.

$14.00 here if you have it filled but exchange will set you back $23.00. I have mine filled (you get more I believe)

I want to say ours here is about $17 if filled at a rental place. The exchanges are a little more expensive. supposedly there has been issues of the replacements not getting filled all the way. Blue Rhino/Amerigas had some legal issues regarding that I think and now state that they don't fill them all the way (15 pounds vs 18 or 20 that the tank will hold. Something like that).

Might be something to consider when going to refill. We use ours for heating our outdoor gym in the winter time.

I misread the topic subject and thought it said "Prince of Propance" and thought someone had let Hank Hill in!
